A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remainder of your invoice is due upon delivery. 

Small cakes (8” or less) can often be accommodated on shorter notice (less than 2 weeks).

For weddings and celebrations, please reach out as far ahead of time as possible. These cakes take quite awhile to create, so only a limited amount of orders are accepted at one time during wedding season.

No. Unfortunately character cakes and fondant creations are not my passion. Passion is needed for excellence and I only want to deliver you an amazing cake.

I create your cake with either American buttercream or Swiss meringue buttercream. American buttercream is a sweeter, more traditional celebration flavor. Swiss meringue is the happy love child of American buttercream and whipped cream. It has a less sweet, more refined vibe. If not specified during ordering, the choice between the two will be made by the baker.

Here is a list of my standard flavors. Customization is available for a small fee. Please note that customization takes some yummy taste testing and time, so cannot be accommodated on short notice.

Yes, delivery is available in the high and low desert areas for a small fee. Due to the delicate nature of a cake, we do not suggest trying to pick up a custom cake. Leave transportation to the pros.

Here is a cake slicing guide to get the most out of your cake.

Remove cake from the fridge two hours prior to serving. Cake must be at room temp to be a yummy texture. Once removed from the fridge, keep the cake around 70 degrees max. Do not display in direct sunlight as cake frosting is made from butter and butter melts

Store any leftover cake wrapped in plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Remove a slice to bring to room temperature before serving.

You can store a sealed amount of cake in your freezer for 3 months- 1 year.
